Recent Activites


The DeVito Foundation is a regular contributor to a number of community organizations. In recent years it has provided financial support for:

• Families of victims of the 9/11 attacks residing in Northern Westchester

• Outdoor classrooms for local schools

• Athletic equipment for various high schools

• Continuing education scholarships and financial assistance for students

• Tuition assistance for the Yorktown Community Nursery School

• Westchester Exceptional Children’s School

• Rainbow Connection Summer Program, which provides summer recreational activities for children of low-income families

• Clothes for Kids on their first day back to school

• Food pantry for Community Center of Northern Westchester

•Pinwheel Project to provide toys for hospitalized children

•Children who are at risk needing immediate emergency shelter

•Support Connection to help families of women dealing with breast and ovarian cancer

•Workshops and seminars for first generation high school students to help get them into college
